Figures are indicative for day-to-day management. Reconcile with your books and confirm GST positions (ITC eligibility, Zomato settlement treatment, TCS under GSTR-8) with your CA before filing.
Zomato settlement import
Upload Zomato's monthly settlement Excel to replace estimated payouts with actual figures and record cancellation refunds. Matching is by Order ID against the Zomato orders you logged. Nothing is written until you review and confirm.
Settings
Standard restaurant scheme is 5% with no input tax credit. Both counter and Zomato sales use this rate.
ZOMATO PAYOUT PARAMETERS
Payout is an estimate. Discount is restaurant-funded and comes out of payout. Long-distance fee is excluded (Zomato's variable). Reconcile with the monthly settlement import for actuals.
Data
All data is stored in your Firebase project's Firestore database, synced live across every signed-in device. Export CSVs from the Reports tab for backups.
